About Yumi
We are Yumi, a UK based chewable supplement brand. We launched in 2017 and have been growing rapidly ever since. We are a team of like-minded and passionate people, who love to stay healthy. We are excited about learning new things, taking risks and making our customers happy!
We believe that everybody should be able to enjoy taking vitamins and supplements... and that's why we created Yumi! We are on a mission to help you follow your wellbeing goals and have fun along the way. Say goodbye to the hard-to-swallow pills, our chewable vitamins offer all the benefits of traditional supplements in tasty gummy form.
Our office is based in Manchester, United Kingdom. This is where we ship all our UK (and some international) orders from!
Orders & Delivery
We offer the choice between two different courier partners: EVRi and Royal Mail.
- Royal Mail: 1st Class (£3.99), 2nd Class (£2.99). FREE on orders over £29. Order by 2pm for same day despatch.
- EVRi: Next Day (£3.99), Two Day (£2.99). FREE on orders over £29. Order by 4pm for same day despatch.
- DPD: Premium Next Day (£5.99). FREE on orders over £100. Order by 4pm for same day despatch.
All parcels will be sent from our UK fulfilment centre - via Royal Mail Mail International.
This service has a maximum weight of 2kg. This is roughly 5-6 bottles of gummies. Shipping can take up to 2-3 weeks to arrive to certain locations. Prices range from £7.99 - £11.99 depending on country.
Please note, our shipping costs do not include any charges levied by Customs in the destination country, nor do we accept responsibility for paying these.
An email will be sent to you within 24 hours of dispatch with your tracking number.
Please contact us within 30 days of placing your order and we will do anything we can to help. You can also contact your selected courier directly and they each have a specific, simple procedure that we follow in the event of a missing parcel.
Please note that we ship a variety of gummy products internationally. We always make sure to provide a customs declaration form to speed up processing. However, due to the often changing laws regarding some of the products and their labelling that vary within countries and even federal territories, we cannot offer compensation in case the product is seized by customs authorities, so please check the legal requirements in your country before placing your order.
Returns & Refunds
You can return any unwanted items you have received within 14 days of receipt if the product hasn’t been opened. If you need a replacement for a different product of the same value, we will send a replacement free of charge after you return the previous item. Please email hey@yuminutrition.com first, telling us your order number and why you require a replacement.
At this time our policy is that customers return items to us at their own cost unless the goods are faulty. For more information, please see our Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy.
Once we have received and checked your return, you will receive a refund. This usually takes up to 7 business days to complete. In the case of a refund to a credit card, the refund may take up to 30 days to complete.
Yumi Gummies

All of our products have been tested by a UKAS accredited laboratory and contain less than 5 parts per million gluten. Our Bedtime (5-HTP) gummies contain gluten free malt syrup.
Yumi products do not contain gelatin and are vegan verified.
We tend to advise that our gummies are safe and effective for children over the age of 5 years old. We recommended a child serving size of 1 gummy per day instead of 2. We also recommend checking with your child's doctor if you are unsure or have any concerns, just to make sure they are the right choice for them personally based on medical history.
Yes, of course! Yumi gummies have been designed to be used in combination with one another to help you address your daily needs and help achieve your personal health goals.
They're all natural! Colours and flavours are all derived from fruits, vegetables, grains and herbs.
We use various natural ingredients including sugar from sugarcane, and corn (not high fructose corn syrup) to make our gummies. We chose not to use artificial sweeteners because they have been linked to bad health issues, and we wanted to stick with only natural ingredients.
While our products are easily eliminated from the body without causing any side effects, high doses of fat-soluble nutrients such as vitamins D and A are stored by the body. However, none of our products contain added iron, the primary concern in cases of multivitamin overdose. Please contact your physician or doctor to discuss your concern.
You can take the supplements at any time of the day. The most important thing is to remember to take your supplements daily, as nutritional health transformations take place over time!
Safety & Quality
Our products are made and approved in accordance with the FSA good manufacturing practices that require our manufacturers to validate the composition, identity, strength, and purity of all products produced.
We recommend always speaking with your doctor or physician prior to taking any dietary supplements during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
It is best to store your supplements in a cool, dry place at room temperature. It is also important to keep them away from direct sunlight and other heat sources as the gummies can melt if stored over 40°C.
Yes! All of our Yumi Nutrition containers can be recycled.
Yumi products expire 24 months from the date at which they were manufactured. Vitamins and minerals naturally break down over time, so whilst they’re safe to take, we do not guarantee their effectiveness.
Your Account
You do not need to have an account to place an order, however creating an account will allow you to view all of your previous orders in one place.
An account will not be created for you automatically. You can create an account by signing up on our website. If you are subscribed to a product, you will need to create an account using the same email address used to subscribe, this will be the same email address linked with your PayPal account.If you have placed orders in the past and wish to create an account, contact our customer care team who can send you a personal account invite request.
You can delete your account by contacting our customer support team by email or telephone.
To redeem a discount code, add products to cart then proceed to view cart. You can then click on the black button that leads to checkout. There, on the right hand side, you will see a text box where you can type in the code. Once you click ‘apply’, the discount should appear in the price breakdown below.
Subscribe & Save
No, you don’t have to subscribe. When placing your order, you can choose between a one-time purchase or a rolling subscription. Subscriptions include a discount and you can easily pause, cancel, or update them at any time. Whether you want to try YUMI once or get regular deliveries, the choice is yours.
You’ll receive 10% off every order plus free delivery, so you can stay stocked up on your favourite gummies without the hassle.
Your order is automatically delivered each month so you never run out. You can manage your delivery date, skip a shipment, or update your details anytime.
Absolutely. You’re always in control, you can pause, edit, skip, or reschedule deliveries anytime.
You are charged every month from the date you originally signed up to the subscription.
We accept all major credit and debit cards (excluding AMEX). They’ll be taken before your pack is sent, and you’ll receive a confirmation email when the order is ready to ship and another when it’s on the way. Recurring payments via ApplePay or GooglePay are not available.
